REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Overview

Due to the nature of fresh coffee products, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure quality and food safety.

2. Returns

We accept returns only if the product meets all of the following conditions:

  • The packaging is unopened

  • The coffee bag is unused and undamaged

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used coffee bags

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Packages delayed by carriers or customs

  • Taste-related dissatisfaction (as coffee preference is subjective)

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at [insert email] within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and photos of the product.

  3. After approval, ship the product back to us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend sending returns with tracking; we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued once:

  • The returned item is safely received

  • The item has been inspected

  • The return is approved

Refund details:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Import duties and customs fees are non-refundable

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A wrong item

  • A missing item

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product

  • Your order number

We will send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened coffee bags

  • Custom roasted batches (if applicable)

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional items marked as final sale

7. Cancellations

Because coffee is roasted and packed fresh:

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are roasted or shipped.

  • Once roasting or packing has started, cancellations are not possible.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company
