1. General Information

Coffee & Cakes Amsterdam & Tanger ships fresh roasted coffee beans and filter coffee worldwide. All orders are processed and fulfilled from either our Amsterdam (NL) or Tanger (MA) location, depending on stock and destination.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders containing freshly roasted coffee may take slightly longer depending on roasting schedules.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We work with reliable carriers such as:

  • DHL

  • PostNL

  • Amana / Chronopost

  • International courier partners

The carrier used depends on the delivery location.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • The Netherlands / Belgium: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • Middle East & North Africa: 5–10 business days

  • North America: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note: these are estimates provided by the carriers. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Weight

  • Chosen shipping service

Promotional free shipping (if applicable) will be clearly stated on our website.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Additional fees

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the customer.

We are not responsible for customs delays or packages held in customs.

8. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering correct and complete shipping information.
We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • If the carrier confirms delivery, we cannot offer refunds.
